Exterior Stucco
Traditional 3-coat & new construction
Full 3-coat exterior stucco on new builds, additions, and gut renovations. Standard scratch, brown, and finish layers with paper-and-lath prep — done to spec, inspected at every layer.
- ·3-coat application
- ·Lath, paper, and metal corner aid
- ·Permit-ready inspection prep
Stucco Repair
Cracks, water damage, patching
Hairline cracks, structural cracks, water-stained sections, blown patches. We diagnose first, repair to match — texture, color, depth, and aging — so the repair disappears.
- ·Crack diagnosis (hairline vs structural)
- ·Color-matched patching
- ·Water-damage remediation
Re-Stucco & Recoat
Full exterior renewal
Full house re-stucco when the original finish is past repair. Strip and re-prep, or skim-coat over sound substrate — we tell you which and why before any work starts.
- ·Full strip-and-replace
- ·Skim-coat over existing
- ·Color-coat refresh
Smooth Coat Finishes
The finish in our name
Hand-troweled smooth coat — the cleanest finish stucco offers. Takes a steady hand and the right material schedule. We've done hundreds across the Valley and Westside.
- ·Hand-troweled application
- ·Float-and-burnish polish
- ·Color-integral or topcoat options
Textured Finishes
Spanish Lace, Santa Barbara, Knockdown, Dash
Every standard SoCal texture in our regular rotation. Match the neighborhood character or refresh dated textures with a modern finish.
- ·Spanish Lace + Santa Barbara
- ·Knockdown + skip-trowel
- ·Dash + heavy lace
Color Coat & Waterproofing
Re-color + seal
Integral-color refresh coats, elastomeric color, and waterproofing applications. The right product for the right substrate — we'll match what's there or move you to something more durable.
- ·Integral pigmented color coat
- ·Elastomeric waterproof color
- ·Sealer & weather-barrier applications
Walk the house. Write it up. Show up.
Walk the house. Same week.
We come to the property, measure the area, and check the substrate condition. We bring back a finish sample if you've asked for one. Takes about 30 minutes.
Written estimate in 5 days.
You get a real document — square footage, finish type, materials, crew days, and price. If something changes during the job, the estimate gets revised in writing. No verbal numbers.
We schedule, we show up.
Once approved, we slot you in — typically 2–4 weeks out. Crew arrives when we said, with the materials we listed, doing the work in the sequence agreed. No subbed-out crews.
Walkthrough + warranty.
Final walkthrough together. You get the 10-year workmanship warranty in writing, with the project address and finish type on it. Call us anytime in those 10 years if something fails.
Real houses. Honest work.
A few projects from across the Valley and Westside. Every project tagged with neighborhood, finish type, and final cost.

Straight answers, written estimates, work that holds.
"Cracks across the whole back wall — they came out the next morning, walked the whole house, sent the estimate Tuesday. Crew was here within three weeks and the patch is invisible."
"I texted them a photo of the corner where water was coming through. They told me what was wrong before I'd even scheduled the visit. That kind of straight answer is rare."
"We had three other contractors give us numbers on the sidewalk and disappear. A1 sent us a written breakdown — materials, labor, crew days. Made the decision easy."
Everything we get asked, answered.
How fast can you come out to look?
Usually same week — sometimes same day if we're already in the area. Free, no pressure. Just a walk-around and a measurement so we can write the estimate properly.
What does a re-stucco cost in LA?
Depends heavily on the house size, substrate condition, and finish type. Most full single-family re-stucco jobs in the Valley fall between $9k and $22k. Repair jobs run $1,500–$8,500. We'll tell you in writing after the walk-through.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — California State License Board CSLB# 000000, bonded, and carrying both general liability and workers comp insurance. Copies of both available on request before any work starts.
How long does the warranty last?
10 years on workmanship, in writing, with your project address and finish type on it. If a patch we did fails in that window, we come back at no charge.
How long does a typical job take?
Repairs: 1–3 days. Smooth coat or color refresh: 3–7 days. Full re-stucco: 2–4 weeks depending on house size and weather. We give you a real schedule in the estimate, not a guess.
Do you handle permits?
For full re-stucco and new construction, yes — we pull the permit and coordinate inspections. For repairs and color coats, no permit is usually required.
Tell us about the house.
We'll come look at it and send a written estimate within 5 business days. Finish type, square footage, materials, crew days, and price. No verbal numbers.
